I have ODO 2.1.0 with XP operating system. ODO worked wonderfully for me until 3 days ago when the data stopped transferring during the sync operation.
I have tried all I know, including uninstalling and re-installing both ODO and the Palm Sync system. Any ideas?

If you have any problems during a sync then an error message will be added to the Hotsync Log file, this will most likely point you in the right direction to resolve the issue. My guess is that you created or changed the same record on your PC and PDA thus introducing a duplicate entry in one of the lookups.
The easiest way to resolve any duplicate conflict it to perform an overwrite sync. Determine which system is up to date (your PC or PDA) and then perform an overwrite sync to reset the other device. ie. PC up to date, perform a Desktop Overwrites Handheld sync, vise versa if the PDA is up to date.
After the sync you should be able to then sync as normal.

This is exactly what happened and the fix you suggest is what was successful. I received an email from Stephen at commit.com.au with the instructions. So much appreciated.
I don't know what the term "lookup record" means but by overwriting the PC (which was up to date) to the PDA once only, the problem has been resolved.

Lookup Records is the generic term used for all the reference lists used in the application. These include Destinations, Clients, Payment Methods etc. Basically performing the overwrite sync resets the lists based on the other device and thus removes any possible duplicate conflicts between them.
If you use any of our other PDA products this fix also works for them too.
