Hi Bob,
Just to recap, you had ODO installed on your PC previously, you moved to a new PDA and install ODO to the main memory (not a memory card or external memory). You then uninstalled and reinstall the PC software and have moved the ODO.dll to the Palm folder.
Given the log posted the ODO conduit is not starting up, which means either the ODO databases cannot be found in the PDA main memory, the conduit is not registered or there are missing system dependencies.
Since you have previously synced with this PC then there should be no missing dependencies, and because you are using XP, Vista UAC is not relevant.
This leaves us with the PDA databases or the conduit. Can you confirm that the ODO conduit is still in the hotsync list after you have attempted a sync? If so then there are no missing dependencies and the conduit is registered correctly.
Assuming that you opened the ODO application on the PDA (this creates the databases) and have all your data backed up on the PC, then please set the ODO conduit to perform a Desktop Overwrites Handheld sync for ODO and perform a sync again. This will attempt to reset the data for ODO on the PDA. Perform this and post the hotsync log file again.
If this does not resolve the issue then there may be a backup software or creator conflict. Try removing all backup software from the PDA and perform a sync again. The creator unique code used to identify the datafiles with the PC conduits. We have registered co05 for ODO. If this is used by another application then the sync will not work. In this case the only solution is to perform a hard reset on your PDA and then install only ODO. Make sure the sync works and then install each application in turn and try the sync in between.
Let us know how you go.
Regards
Stephen
Looks like this has resolved the issue. You should now be able to perform two way syncs without any problems.
If you have any further issues let us know.
