To setup up a new PDA you first need to ensure all your existing data is on your PC. Follow these steps to move your data from one PDA to another.

1.      Perform a Sync with your existing PDA and check that all the data is in the TimesApp.

2.      Uninstall Times from your old PDA

3.      Install the same version of Times to your new PDA

4.      Setup the Times User ID to be the same as your previous PDA

5.      Open the Times Conduit and set it to perform a Desktop Overwrites Handheld sync

6.      Perform a hotsync

7.      Check that all the Times data is on your new PDA

Note if you do not use the same hotsync profile for your new PDA then you will need a new serial key. Contact support if you need assistance.
