I had a trial version and just purchased the full version.
I have a new Palm Tungston E2 running Garnet v.5.4.7
I used the trial version of Times and it has expired.
I purchased the full version of Times from Palm today and downloaded it.
I installed the .prc and Hotsync to my Palm.
I imputed the Serial Key I received from Palm and it says it is invalid.
I deleted the program from my Palm and reinstalled it with the same results.
I also downloaded it from your site with the same problem.
Any suggestions?
Hi Rudy, welcome to the forums.
Issues like this are 99.9% of the time caused by an incorrect registration name when placing the order. The registration is case sensitive and must be entered exactly as shown on the PDA screen when starting the application, including spaces.
There is no difference between the trial and full versions, entering the serial key unlocks the application and removes any restrictions. ie. you don't need to remove the application to complete the registration.
To resolve this you should contact support direct at support@comit.com.au and we will send you a new key
The serial key is based on the Hotsync profile name used. Most likely after the reset you have used a different Hotsync name than you had previously. Open Times on your PDA and send you current registration name to support@comit.com.au along with you old key and we'll generate a new key for you.
