The serial key for the PC application and the PDA application are the same, i.e. 5 digit numeric code. The only difference with the PC application is that you must also enter the Registration Name used when placing the order as well as the serial key. This is because the PC application may be installed on a different PC or multiple PC's and thus both parts of the registration are required.
Please try entering the registration name and key as they appear on your order confirmation email into the Times Desktop application. If you have any problems please forward us the order confirmation email as we have not yet received this from Pocket Gear.
