Enhancement Request to ODO
Having just suffered the loss of data from another system, I have re-visited ODO to see if can provide the record history for which I am looking and, in the main, it can. The reports are good and have all but one piece of information for me (and I would be surprised if no-one has asked for it before). In addition to showing the number of miles travelled, I also need to record the cost, based on a fixed rate per mile. That would be the icing on the cake for me if the system could show that information. If the reports could show this information, then they would be suitable to use for re-billing a customer, completion and support of tax returns, etc. And, for the cherry on top ... Here in the UK, we are allowed to reclaim VAT (where we are VAT-registered, of course) on our mileage. Again, this is a figure which is based on a fixed rate per mile. Is there any possibility that either the first or both might be incorporated into the package?

Palm client for Times 2.4
We have a copy of Times version 2.4 from August 2004. I am trying to install the palm conduit on an additional treo. It is requesting a registration code and our code is not working. Please advise how we can get this code.

re: Times - Palm migration to Pocket PC
Charles, Once you have purchased a Times Pocket PC licence (Standard or Professional) you can send us your Times.mdb file and we will convert it to the PocketPC format. Note you must perform a sync with your Palm beforehand to ensure all data is on your PC. Regards ComIT Solutions Pty Ltd

Times - Palm migration to Pocket PC
I am currently a registered user of Times Pro for my Windows PC / Palm OS. Due to continuing problems with the Palm hardware, I'm seriously thinking of switching to a Pocket PC (HP x2795). How can I migrate all jobs/activities/times etc from the PALM version to the Pocket PC version (either directly or after a hot-sync with my home PC)? Thanks.....

ISAM error with ODO PC
Hi I love very much your program. I'm runing XP SP2 and actually have two MSACCESS 97 and 2003. I recently had a trouble with my computer, now when I want to open my ODO PC I'm getting an error "Coldn't find installable ISAM" . I have removed all MS***35.DLL reloaded MSACCESS 97 three times, I have removed ODO PC and have reinstalled it. I still have the same error. DAO test pass, which .dll are you using ? is it in jet3.5 or jet4.0 ? Can you help me because I can't find a other PDA logbook that match so well my needs. Thank you.

re: Can't enter reg code
Hi Earl, We have not received this order from Palmgear and registration code below is not the format for our products. Our registration keys are 5 numeric digits. Can you confirm you purchased the right product? As this stage I would suggest contacting PalmGear to clarify the order and confirm the key. If we can assist further please contact us at support@comit.com.au Regards ComIT Solutions Pty Ltd
