re HTC Touch
Hi Chris, Our software is compatible with all Windows Mobile Professional and Classic devices on the market. It is not compatible with the Smartphone editions, i.e. those without a stylus. Hi Chris, The licence for Times is per user, thus to run it on three PDA’s you will need three licences. If you purchase a standard licence you can then upgrade to professional for 50% of the full professional licence fee. Regards ComIT Solutions Pty Ltd

HTC Touch
I have the htc touch i have downloaded the trial version and have had no problems with it. I was thinking about up grading to the htc diamond but on handango's wed site it says both phones are no compatiable. is there a reason for this that i havent seen or is it you have not tested it on the phone yet. (if you need a test for this phone i can be one) Thanks for your time Chris Eynetich

Times Professional
I have two questions. If i buy the standard edition can i add the desktop app at a later date? If i buy the app can i run it on 2 - 3 pda or do i need to buy the app for all 3? Thanks for your time Chris Eynetich

Julie, The software on your Palm should still be there unless you have uninstalled it. If you have and you do not have a backup of the Times.mdb from your PC then we cannot recover the data. If your PC has crashed you will need to re-install the Times App software again and then restore the Times.mdb from your backup if you have one. If you still have the data on your PDA you need to ensure your first sync is a Handheld overwrites Desktop sync for Times to reset the information on the PC. Help with re-loading software
I purchased your software about 6 years ago and have used it faithfully. Two weeks ago my computer crashed and the software disappeared. For some reason it won't reload when I hotsync so now it is not on my Palm 700p either and I don't know what to do. HELP!!!!!!!!! Julie Hakan

Sync troubles resolved
After following the suggestions in the "Connection Issues during Sync" thread, I still encountered the dreaded "Error Code: 6" issue. What finally resolved the issue for me was to go into the Windows Firewall settings, go to the Advanced Tab and uncheck the mobile device so that the firewall no longer applied to the connection to the mobile device. Now my synchronization works (and I just told the Windows Security monitor that I'll monitor the firewall and it doesn't have to popup a warning every 5 minutes). Just thought I'd share my experience in case anyone else is having similar issues.
