Trial of Time professional
Hi, I downloaded the trial a few weeks ago but could'nt get the pda to sync with the desktop and eventaully gave up... however I've just got back to trying to set it up for a trial but the software says the trial has expired...Is there a way I can reload the trial from scratch and try again... The software looked good but the syncing was a real problem, so didn't want to pay for it until I can getr it to work... Many thanks for any help you can give. Kind regards Vince

re: Invoice #
Invoice numbers are manually entered as they normally have to related to an AR transaction in your accounting system. If you would like the system to generate these automatically please send through an enhancement request and let us know which product you are referring to. Regards ComIT Solutions Pty Ld

re Palm Tungsten E2 to HP windows mobile 6
Hi Bill, After purchasing a Times Professional licence we can migrate your data to the new format. You just need to email us your Times.mdb and we’ll return a data file suitable for the PDA. Note this will replace all existing data on the PDA for Times, so if you want to trial the software first please make sure you also enter the data into the existing Times App for the palm. Best regards ComIT Solutions Pty Ltd

re: Samsung EPIX
Hi Rick, Thanks for you interest in Times. Our software is compatible with all devices running Windows Mobile Professional and Classic, it is not compatible with Standard (aka Smartphone) edition. We have had no reported problems with the EPIX. Regards ComIT Solutions Pty Ltd

Samsung EPIX
Have you had any issues running the pocket version on an EPIX running Windows Mobile v6.1? I plan to synch between the EPIX and my laptop.

Times for Palm
Hi William, For support issues please contact us at support@comit.com.au rather than via the feedback page, you will get a more timely response. The first of the three errors indicate data can not be written to you PDA for some reason, most commonly due to a lack of free memory. To assist further please send us a copy of your Times.mdb file and we will review the data for any issues and get back to you. Regards ComIT Solutions Pty ltd

Times for Palm
I am TRYING to get this application to work, but am having trouble transferring data between handheld and my PC (running Windows XP Pro). On every hotsync, I am getting conduit failure messages: Times Conduit - Synch Time to HH failed. Times Conduit - Times synch failed. TimesCond Sync Failed Additonally, some of the time entry records I add on the handheld do not appear on the desktop after the sync. I have run your DAO Test program -- got "successful" message. What now? Reinstall the whole thing? Thanks.
