re: Up-Dates of Program
Hi Randy, The latest version is 1.4. You can download this from our product pages. Make sure you follow the upgrade instructions and if running on vista you may also need to clear your virtual store. There is functionality in the Desktop version to copy clients and jobs, this is not new to 1.4. In the Maintenance section click All Projects and then right click on the Job or Client you wish to copy, select Copy Client/Job and enter the new name. For a job you can copy from a template client and then change the client as necessary. Click OK to update the project tree and Save to commit the changes. Regards ComIT Solutions Pty Ltd

Up-Dates of Program
I have version 1.3.0 of Times Professional - is there any updates at this time - also I would like to just be able to cut and paste (in the desk top version - the only one I use) In the maintenance section, I already have a company set up and I would like to just cut and paste the "Template" job into the company that I already have set up with out haveto recreate the same info each time - how can I do this?

New PalmOS version soon?
Are you folks still plannig to update the 2.4 for the PalmOS to include the new functionality of the pocket pc? If so, do you have a tentative schedule? Do you need Beta volunteers?

Open Source DB
Have you folks thought about using an opensource database for your products? That way you only need to port your GUI to the paltform. A couple of candidates are: OpenOffice Base or MySQL.

re: Time Upgrade and Desktop version Pocket PC
Hi Rey, I assume you are migrating from the Palm version to the Pocket PC version. If so you can send us your Times.mdb after you have registered the Pocket PC version and we can convert the data over to the new format for you. Regarding the Desktop Install, it sounds like you have not installed the database components. Please run the install again and make sure you execute the Setup.exe and not the Setup.msi. Running the msi alone will not install the database. Please refer to the Times Desktop User manual for install instructions. If you are still having problems please contact support@comit.com.au Regards ComIT Solutions Pty Ltd

Times upgrade
I am trying to upgrade Times from Treo to Mogul pocket PC, is there a way in which I can transfer all my clients and time sheets from the previous version to the pocket PC version?

re: .NET unhandled exeption
Hi Charles, Thank you for pointing this issue out. We will review the error to ensure it is resolved in the next release. The easiest way to resolve this is to uninstall and reinstall the same version of the application. Make sure you also delete the virtual store http://www.comit.com.au/dnn/Forums/tabid/85/forumid/2/threadid/41/scope/posts/Default.aspx if running on vista. Regards ComIT Solutions Pty Ltd
