Smart Phone Reccommendation
I have been using Times for Pocket P.C. version 1.4 along with Times Desktop on a HP PDA. I need to purchase a new cell phone and my hope is to combine my cell phone and PDA. My cell carrier is Verizon in the U.S. They offor the HTC Touch Pro II. It has either Winows Mobil version 6.1 or 6.5. Bearing in mind that Times Professional is my primary application is this phone going to reliabially going to get the job done for me. Are there any smart phones you folks reccommend even if I have to change carriers. My Times Desktop version is 1.4. what should be up graded. Thank you

Times
Do you have any plans to release a version of Times for Blackberry? I used it with my Palm and when I moved up to a Blackberry, I can no longer use it. A Blackberry version would be nice.

re Android
Hi Jerry, We have started our review of the Android platform. Currently the sync framework API is still in its early stages and has little documentation, thus the lack of Android applications which can sync to a PC. We are continuing to review the SDK and will release a Times version once the platform has matured a little. Regards ComIT Solutions Pty Ltd

Android
Any update on the progress towards an Android solution? No one has anything like Times. It's the best! I'm ready to order now.

re: Modifying the invoice to be more professional
Hi Janinder, The summary section of the invoice report aggregates all times entries for the period and client filters applied. Subsequently it is not possible to include data from specific time entries. To produce a detail report of the time entries invoiced run the Times Detail report with the appropriate invoice number filter. Reports can be edited or added to the system using the sample Visual Studio Reports solution, however this requires knowledge and skill in report development. We do provide a report authoring server which is charged at an hourly rate. For further details please contact support@comit.com.au Regards ComIT Solutions Pty Ltd

Modifying the invoice to be more professional
I would like to add another column to the invoice where the summary of the services provided is shown to give a Time_Detail of the invoice instead of Client. If it is possible please let me know and how to.

Advanced deployment
Hi, Have just purchased Times Professional and need instructions how to do an advanced deployment, i.e 3 users with PDA which also enters data into their desktop version. The boss should be able to consolidate all 3 users into 1 report/invoice.

re: Request for support for Android
Hi Andrew, Currently we are engaged in other projects not relating to PDA’s which is consuming all our time. We are seriously looking at Android as this is gaining in popularity in the US and does not have the same constraints as placed by Apple on the iPhone. Once we have some time available we will investigate further. Best regards ComIT Solutions Pty Ltd
