re: CODE DOESN'T WORK
Hi Eddie, The owner name cannot be set through Times as it is managed by the Windows Operating System. To Change your Owner Name click Start / Settings / Owner Information and enter the appropriate name. For further details please refer to http://www.smartphonemag.com/cms/node/454 Note the serial key is generated based on the Owner name entered when placing your order. Please make sure you enter the same name into your PDA exactly, including case, spaces and any punctuation. You should then be able to register Times successfully. Regards ComIT Solutions Pty Ltd

re: WebOS - Palm Pre
Hi Remi, Thanks for your comments. We did write a beta version for Windows Mobile, but never released it as we have found the sync process too complicated for many users. When MS provide a better sync framework we will re-address the product. As for other platforms we are looking at the market to determine the most suitable device. Currently neither iPhone, Android or Palm Pre offer a decent PC sync API / SDK for third party developers. As the main benefit of our products is the PC capability we feel it’s not feasible to release a PDA only version. At this time we believe Android will be the next platform, but watch this space. re LockIT - .NET Framework 1.1
Hi Luigi, Thank you for your purchase. The issue you are having is caused by MS moving the link to the .Net 1.1 download. Please go to the link below, download and install .Net Framework 1.1. After which you should be able to install LockIT without any issues. http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=262D25E3-F589-4842-8157-034D1E7CF3A3&displaylang=en If you are still having problems let us know and we’ll assist further. LockIT - .NET Framework 1.1
I'm trying to install the PC application but it keeps on asking me to install .NET Framework 1.1. I allow it to go to Microsoft to install whatever it needs but still does not install on my PC. It keeps on going to the same screen. I already have the MS .NET Framework 2.0 and 3.0 plus 3.5 SPI. What do I do?

Odo porting
Will you be porting Odo into any other systems? I'm about to get a cell that will be either Android or Windows Mobile based. I really like how it works and the desktop capabilities as well. But my old Treo is starting to give me reliability issues and I need to get something else.

re: Smart Phone Reccommendation
Hi Brendan Times is compatible with all version of Windows Mobile up to the current 6.5. We have not had firsthand experience with the HTC PDA so cannot comment with any authority on the suitability of the device. I personally still use a DELL Axim 51v. It’s a rather old device and I’d not suggest buying one today with all the other options, but it is very reliable. If you have decided on the HTP Pro II we are confident you should not have any issues with Times on either 6.1 or 6.5 versions. We’d suggest using the current version 1.5 which can be downloaded from our website. If you do have any issues please let us know and we’ll assist as necessary. Regards ComIT Solutions Pty Ltd

Smart Phone Reccommendation
I have been using Times for Pocket P.C. version 1.4 along with Times Desktop on a HP PDA. I need to purchase a new cell phone and my hope is to combine my cell phone and PDA. My cell carrier is Verizon in the U.S. They offor the HTC Touch Pro II. It has either Winows Mobil version 6.1 or 6.5. Bearing in mind that Times Professional is my primary application is this phone going to reliabially going to get the job done for me. Are there any smart phones you folks reccommend even if I have to change carriers. My Times Desktop version is 1.4. what should be up graded. Thank you
