RE: corrupted database
If the data is OK on your PC then simply perform a Desktop overwrites Handheld sync for Times to reset the data on your PDA. Make sure you have set the Times User ID on your PDA first.

TimesAppRunTime.zip not working out
I was just using the Times software Demo but I'm not having any luck with reading the data on the PC. First of all I do not have the MSAccess so I downloaded the TimesAppRunTime.zip but that does not work either. Is there any other solution for this? I'm using windows 2000 OS

corrupted database
Love your product. Been using it for years. Problem - my visor pda crashed, I restored from desktop, and times came back, but the data was corrupted. the mdb file is fine on the server. I should know how to do this but don't. How do I delete the records and restore from the uncorrupted files? Thanks,

RE: Compatibility
We have not tested Times specifically with this device but it does meet the minimum requirements. You may find that if you install all components to the main memory that there is not enough program memory to run the application. In such cases we recommend performing a split install where you install the .Net Frame work and Times application on a memory card and the SQL components on your main memory. There are details on this in the forums and the user manuals. If you have any problems please contact support at support@comit.com.au

Compatibility
I am currently using a Garmin iQue M4 pocketPC with Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition. My desktop runs on Windows XP. Is your Times Professional software compatible with both? Where do you recommend purchasing the software?

RE: Upgrade from 2.0?
The current version of ODO is V2.2 You can obtain this from our website by going to the Products and Services page, Palm ODO and downloading the full ODO installation. If you already have a license for V2.x then you can upgrade for free.

UPgrade from 2.0?
Do you have an upgrade from ODO 2.0 for Palm? If so how do I obtain it?

RE: Restore function?
Hi Serge, There is no restore function in ODO. To backup your data we suggest you make a regular copy of the ODO.mdb file to ensure you can recover your entries should your inadvertently delete them, loose your PC or have a hard drive failure. This ODO.mdb file contains all the data entered on either the PC or PDA. If you have a backup of this file then restore it over the top of the existing file located in the ODO install directory. Assuming you have not changed your ODO UserID on your PDA then there is little we can do to record the deleted records. Sorry. Stephen Carter ComIT Solutions Pty Ltd
