ODO for Treo 700mx?
I love your ODO program for Palm. I am using it on an old Clie. I am planning to upgrade to a Treo and am considering the 700 MX, Windows OS. You wouldn't happen to have a version of OCO for that would you?

Hi William, This issue is usually caused by either a connection issue with the download server, a firewall restriction on your PC or using a browser other than MS Internet Explorer. We suggest you try option 2 on the download page which downloads the install files separately. Start with this http://www.comit.com.au/ppc/times/timesdesktopsetup.zip , unzip and run the setup file included. If you are still having problems please send us your land line contact number and time zone and we will call you to resolve the issue.

Hi Mike, Thanks for your comments. I know we have corresponded in the past and I thank you for your continued support. As you probably know the move into Pocket PC is a recent edition for us and we are still perfecting the solution. Still we did manage to make finalist in the recent Pocket PC awards after less than 6 months in the market. The Pocket PC version is a lot more powerful than our Palm version especially in the reporting area, but it does require a recent PDA to obtain the best performance. You may be interested to know we are offering existing Palm users a 40% discount on the standard price to migrate to Times Professional. Plus once licensed we can convert all your existing data over to the new format for use on the Pocket PC. We do intend to release a newsletter once we iron out a few install issues (currently requires manual firewall changes to the PC) and add some additional functionality. Times for Pocket PC
Hi, As a long time, very dedicated Times for Palm user, I want to suggest that it might be a worthwhile endeavor on your part to broadcast an email announcing your new Times for Pocket PC and its compatibility with Windows Mobile 5 to existing Times for Palm customers. After sticking with my trusty Treo 300, Times, and ACT! for Palm for years, I was finally forced into buying a Windows Mobile 5 device (Treo 700wx) by software/conduit availability considerations other than for timetracking. I did not know you had released a Times for Pocket PC version, which is great news. But in the meantime, I bought a different timetracking product which I cannot at this point return. Although it is a decent tool (TimeTTracker), I like Times enough that I will probably buy yours anyway and just eat the cost of the other. Anyway, you might generate some good sales from other existing Times for Palm customers by letting them know of your Pocket PC version release. Regards, Mike Schuler

re: registration key
Hi Brenna, The serial key is generated from the registration name you provided when placing the order. If the key does not work then most likely the registration provided is incorrect in some way. Please send us the registration name as it appears on the screen when you start the application. Note include all spaces, punctuation and case. We will then generate a new key for you.

I purchased Times from the Palm online store and the registration key they gave me doesn't seem to work. Is there a trick to it?

New PC
Hi, I have a new laptop and need to transfer the ODO application onto it. What do I need to do to achieve this? In addition, wanted to know whether this product could be run on Windows CE devices? Thanks, Hennie Maritz
