Black Berry?
Used your products on Palm for a number of years. Now I've moved to BB. Any hope we might see these apps for BBs? The current trime tracking apps available for BB are not very good.

re Registration Key
Hi Randy, Thank you for your purchase. The key is based on the registration name (owner name) on your PDA. If this is not entered correctly when placing the order then the key will not work. We will call you and talk you through the registration and other setup issues. Regards ComIT Solutions Pty Ltd

Registration Again
Now I have a slightly different problem registering. After figuring out how to istall the Desktop portion of the software, it's asking me for Registration on one line and the serial key on the next line... what I got from Handango was a "Registration Key" only - I tried both of these in the spaces given and apparently I will need both filled in??? I hope this program is worth the effort?

Registration Key
I purchased Times Pro through Handango.com for 59.95 by credit card. They sent me the Registration key number and when I tried to click on "Register" on my Treo 750 it came back with "invalid serial key". What do I need to do??? Is there a phone number you can be reached at? I'm not very good with computers, in fact its all I can do to figure out how to send email at times... Not even sure what SQL means or even understand how to sync the phone to your TOO CONFUSING?... Still also need to install Outlook on my computer before I can sync my contacts and calendar from my old treo 650 Palm OS system which is a whole other can of worms... IS THERE SOME THAT I CAN TALK TO??? Additional information - I'm only using this on one computer with one phone - do I need all that other programs that popped up on your website when I tried to install program????? Randy Sawn Architect.... not computer geek Home (951) 680-1978 or email rlsawn@pacbell.net - Please help, thanks. P.S. I'm in Rivers

re Vista Ultimate 64 bit compatibility
Hi Karl, TimesDesktop is compatible with Vista 32 bit but we haven’t tested it on 64 bit. On 64 the core application will be compatible (ie TimesDesktop) but you may need to install a different version of SQLExpress. Please let us know what errors you are having and we’ll help you through them. Regards ComIT Solutions Pty Ltd

re: Tims software
Terence, We have just tested the download from our site and there doesn’t appear to be any problems. We would suggest that there is a issue with either your internet connection, download manager, firewall, virus scanner or PC. We can email you the setup files, but these are over 6Mb. Contact support is you would like us to send these. Best regards, ComIT Solutions Pty Ltd

re: Times for Palm
Hi Janet, 2.4 is still the current version. We have been working on other projects since the last release but we will be updating it in the future. The main reason we haven’t updated it is that users are happy with the current functionality. It’s efficient and works as most users require. If you need to change anything the PC application is supplied with source code in MS Access so you can add custom reports and functionality as required. You can purchase from Handango or we can send you a paypal money request to complete by paypal, credit card etc. Let us know if we can assist further.

re: My host computer burned out
The sync for ODO is only designed to work with one computer thus you have to be careful when moving between PC’s. The best approach is to copy the ODO.mdb from your old PC to your temp and then new. This way ODO on your PDA is technically syncing to the same database. If you still have the ODO.mdb then install ODO to your temp PC and then replace the ODO.mdb file with the one from your old PC. Otherwise you can perform a Handheld Overwrites Desktop sync for ODO but this MUST be the first sync you perform with a new PC. Otherwise the lookup information for ODO on your PDA will be lost. To do this install ODO to your temp PC and then set the conduit to Handheld Overwrites Desktop for ODO before performing a sync. It may be worth setting this as the default until you are happy the data has moved across, then reset to two way sync. You must perform this procedure again when you move to your new PC. Best regards, ComIT Solutions Pty Ltd
