re: Upgrade Palm to Windows Mobile
Hi Vincent, The Windows product is a separate application and your must purchase a new licence key for it. Once you have purchased a key you can send us your existing Times.mdb file and we will migrate your existing data to the new format. You can purchase a key from us, PocketGear or Handango. Best regards ComIT Solutions Pty Ltd

re 'times' conections / synchronize pda <-> pc
Dariusz, The sync for Times requires a network connection between your PDA and PC. This can either be via Activesync or WiFi. Please follow the steps in the forum http://www.comit.com.au/dnn/Forums/tabid/85/forumid/2/threadid/10/scope/posts/Default.aspx on setting up the connection. In particular please follow the steps for setting up SQL Server to use a fixed port. We find this resolves 99% of issues. If you are still having problems please let us know and we’ll assist further. re: info about times
Hi Maura, Times is compatible with Vista, but you may need the install a hotfix for the conduit to work. Please refer to the Forum for issues running with Office 2007 and turn off Windows UAC in the Control Panel/User Accounts section. If this does not resolve your issues please let us know exactly what error you are receiving and we’ll assist further. Regards ComIT Solutions Pty Ltd
